At 23Dreams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a generous 30-day return policy. You have a full month from the date you received your item to request a return.
We give you the freedom to choose between a refund or a credit note for full priced items. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them - unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, such as custom products, including special orders, personalised items and prints. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
When it comes to return shipping, the responsibility and associated costs lie with the customer. We recommend choosing a reliable method that includes tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

At 23Dreams, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Our standard orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and you'll receive a confirmation email to keep you in the loop. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you another notification.
For customised orders, please allow 5-15 business days for turnaround, and for pre-orders, expect a wait of around 3-4 weeks. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly extended duration, but we promise it'll be worth the wait.
When it comes to shipping charges, we've got you covered. The total cost will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. Plus, for orders over $149.90 AU within Australia, shipping is on us!
To ensure reliable delivery, we kindly request that you provide a physical address for shipping as we do not ship to PO Boxes. This allows us to maintain our shipping policy of obtaining proof of delivery with a signature from a designated recipient. This process adds an extra layer of security and ensures your order reaches its intended destination.
