Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. For customised orders, please allow 5-15 business days for turnaround, and for pre-orders, expect a wait of around 3-4 weeks. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been despatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.

Standard delivery is between 3-6 business days within metropolitan VIC, or 4-7 business days elsewhere within Australia and Express delivery is between 2-5 business days, both fully traceable once shipped.

International delivery is between 10-16 working days for New Zealand and between 10-28 days North America & Western Europe.

Yes! Domestic orders are sent with Australia Post E-Parcel express service as a reputable shipping agency.

No, we not ship to PO Boxes to ensure proof of delivery is received on all packages as part of our shipping policy. A nominated person must sign for the item once it's received, which can only be actioned at a home address. 
In the event that you are not home to accept the delivery, a card will be left at your address with the necessary information regarding collection at your local depot, or re-delivery at a convenient time.

We can ship to New Zealand, North America and Western Europe.

The following notes must be considered:

- We cannot guarantee against the safety or loss in transit, or the overall timing.

- Price will be calculated at checkout.

- Any duties or taxes will need to be paid on the receiver's end, but we will try to avoid these where possible.

No, this is a home studio based business, but we are still able to make a time for a order collection.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

We recommend the following care instructions to keep your garment looking it’s best:
- Turn item inside out before wash.
- Hand wash is highly recommended - cold water.
- Alternatively, machine wash cold on delicate cycle, short, gentle spin cycle.
- Use mild detergents free of fragrances, dyes, brighteners & softeners.
- Do not use fabric softeners, stain removers or bleach.
- Wash with similar colours.
- Do not soak the fabric.
- Do not leave the fabric-sitting wet, hang to dry immediately after washing.
- Air dry in shade, we do not recommend tumble dry.
- Do not iron over the design.
- Do not wash together with towels, denims or items with zippers.
- Do not dry clean unless recommended on the care label.
