We give you the freedom to choose between a refund or a credit note for full priced items. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them - unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, such as custom products, including special orders, personalised items and prints. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To ensure reliable delivery, we kindly request that you provide a physical address for shipping as we do not ship to PO Boxes. This allows us to maintain our shipping policy of obtaining proof of delivery with a signature from a designated recipient.
