Our standard orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and you'll receive a confirmation email to keep you in the loop. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you another notification.

For customised orders, please allow 5-15 business days for turnaround, and for pre-orders, expect a wait of around 3-4 weeks. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly extended duration, but we promise it'll be worth the wait.

When it comes to shipping charges, we've got you covered. The total cost will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. Plus, for orders over $150 AU within Australia, shipping is on us!

To ensure reliable delivery, we kindly request that you provide a physical address for shipping as we do not ship to PO Boxes. This allows us to maintain our shipping policy of obtaining proof of delivery with a signature from a designated recipient. This process adds an extra layer of security and ensures your order reaches its intended destination.
