At 23Dreams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a generous 30-day return policy. You have a full month from the date you received your item to request a return.

We give you the freedom to choose between a refund or a credit note for full priced items. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them - unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, such as custom products, including special orders, personalised items and prints. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
